About Me
Although I’ve always been creative, curious, and contemplative, my own healing journey is what has ultimately led me to counseling. The road to healing is winding but experiencing my own suffering and learning how to move through it has shown me what’s possible.
My experiences and studies have taught me that there is so much creativity in the healing process. It truly is an art form that unfolds differently for each individual. My role is to walk alongside you, offering room for self-exploration, emotional expression, self-compassion, and repatterning in ways that feel right for you. Counseling can help clear the noise created by life’s challenges, allowing your innate capacity for healing and growth to come forward. With time and care, the hope is to make meaningful shifts toward fulfillment and living connected to your intuition.
I bring warmth, honesty, and a bit of humor into the counseling room. I show up as my full, authentic self, so you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I believe in a holistic approach that takes into account your mind, body, and spirit. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, experiential, psychodynamic, and somatically informed. I draw from mindfulness, expressive arts, and attachment theory.
