Process Group for Adults aged 19-29

Identity & Meaning-Making Therapy Group (1).png

Who did you learn to be, and who are you really?

In both obvious and subtle ways, we learn who and what is acceptable in our environment, and we tend to present ourselves accordingly.  Or, on the other end of the spectrum, we rebel against those expectations, still finding ourselves in reaction to something external.

Many people in their 20s find themselves questioning the structures and systems that built them.  But the complex unraveling process often needs the support of community, a gathering of tools, and a safe place to look closer at what is beneath the layers of "acceptable" identity.

Using professional training and lived experience, Mary Lynne and Danial will guide you and a small group of peers asking the same questions, through a process of seeing and being seen, gaining clarity, and emerging with a deeper connection to self.

You choose your donation between $0 and $300.
That's right, its FREE if you need it to be! *

*We offer sliding scale and donation-based groups to expand access to good therapy in our community.  By paying the maximum that you can reasonably afford, you support the continuation of that mission, by helping us cover the expense of these offerings so others in need can participate without barriers.   The donation you choose should not feel stressful to your budget or your mind, so find that sweet spot and run with it.  No questions will be asked,.  We hope you will join us!

Click the button, check the box that says, "other," and tell us you are interested in the quarter-life crisis group.  One of the facilitators will reach out to provide information, answer your questions, and register you if you're ready to take that step.
